How do I enable "audit object access" in Vista Home Premium edition?
Hi all,
I've searched everywhere and I cannot find the answer to this, I'd like to know it it's impossible for sure!
Typically, in a business Vista edition you have access to the Local security Policy or to the GSP and you can activate auditing from there. I know Home editions don't have secpol.msc auditpol.msc or similar which would allow me to do this easily. But, is
there a place in the registry where I could find this? Is there ANY sort of workaround?
I've already set up the objects I want to audit through the Properties/Security/Auditing menu. The only thing left is for auditing to be turned on!
Thanks in advance for your answers!
